South Pattaya

South Pattaya - Pattaya Tai

South Pattaya borders with Jomtien in the South, Pratumnak Hill in the west and Pattaya Klang on the North side and is home to the very well known Walking Street. At the end of Walking street you'll find Bali Hai pier on one side and beach road, that stretches out all the way to north Pattaya, on the other. Apart from the lively beach-side area surrounding Walking Street , most of south Pattaya consists of small alleys and low-rise apartments. There are also many small "resorts" to be found a little further east, but most of them are nothing more than upscaled guest houses with little extra to offer their guests. As south Pattaya road is a popular access route towards both the tourist driven areas as well as Pratumnak and Central Pattaya, traffic can be a bit of a nuisance around South Pattaya, especially because of the hundreds of buses using this route in and out of the city. From Bali Hai pier there are several trips possible to the nearby islands koh Larn, koh Krok, koh Sak and koh Phai, as well as fishing, diving and snorkeling trips out in the bay.

Walking street is by far one of the most renown hot spots in Pattaya and houses hundreds of bars, shops, discotheques, night-clubs, restaurants and other entertainment venues. Even though the strip is only 500 meters long, the density of options in this street and all the side streets combined ensure you'll never get bored on a night out. Park Royal 2 is in walking distance from Bali Hai pier and Walking Street, yet isn't on a busy road or surrounded by noisy bars or other disturbances. This low-rise condominium features all the basics you need plus a roof top swimming pool, gym and a great location. This is as close as it gets to walking street in terms of accommodations we offer.
